  • Finally got to experience Nobu and it was just an OK experience. The Peruvian-Japanese fusion of food that came out to our table was delicious but it didn't give me the wow factor. The service was really attentive but really and I mean really slowed down towards the end. Our waiter had attention to detail down. The dim lighting was adequate, but there was something about this place that was intimidating. Yes the tables and the space just didn't make sense, everyone is to close to each other! I mean they charge an arm and a leg for the food but they can't provide space and a little more privacy. I fell for the hype. This is why I can't give Nobu the badass seal of approval. Moneywise for Peruvian Japanese fusion look elsewhere, you won't be disappointed. Will I be back to retry the experience? Eh Maybe.
