  • My hone away from home! I cannot express how much I love this place. The staff are awesome. The owner is present and you can tell he cares about the place, employees and staff. The trainers give a damn and give you the shit you deserve to motivate you haha. The managers are always around and ensure you get the service you deserve! This place has promotional staff that keep the place humming with energy! The fact that you can access new equipment unlimited for $10 per month is unheard of. Unlimited tanning included with the $20 per month membership? Where else can you even tan for that??!!! Ps. Massage chairs included that are wicked and in a zen zone. You don't have to worry about it having its 15 min of fame and then closing since the property taxes/prices are high because of the high membership numbers and no frills approach. Clean, new but without the stuff that drives up costs like towel service and unnecessary classes. The juice bar is incredible and fairly priced. Has a wicked patio which gives members and healthy minded neighbors a place to hang out. The owner Rick, is so friendly and knows his stuff. This place is a NEIGHBOURHOOD GEM AND I LOVE IT!
