  • I called this company on Monday and left a message advising that I am looking for a quote for a pool fence. Never heard back from anyone. Called back on Tuesday, the lady who answered claimed she never got my message and put me on the phone with Bryan. He asked me to send some pictures of my existing fence that I am trying to replace to get an idea what they were looking at. I sent the pics immediately. On Thursday I was still waiting for the quote and after emailing Bryan again I was told the following: "The information has been given to our fabricators to provide me with pricing. Once they give the info back, I'll have the proposal sent over. Hoping by the end of the day." It has now been a week since my first call and I still have no quote. If my business is unwanted it would be better to be up front immediately and not waste my time so I can start the process elsewhere. I'm am not impressed!
