  • PLEASE STAY AWAY. Just as others have said that have given low ratings..this place is to be avoided at all costs. After more than one (i was trying to give the benefit of the doubt) questionable repairs (diagnosis and quality of work performed) i will never take my car to this place again. i don't care if the work was free. I wouldn't have them fix a toy car. I am not even sure i have the strength to expound. But someone mentioned in a previous rating about a bait and switch. i shook my head in agreement there. And the customer service, if you question anything, goes down the tube. It's like they're cordial if you're agreeing with the diagnosis and subsequent cost they come up with. but the minute a question about something arises the tone changes. And the work performed now isn't the same work they used to do in their hey day before the building burned down. Unfortunately after this latest experience with them, i wish it would have never been rebuilt. More than just the building burned with this place. The good customer service, good work, and trustworthy diagnosis burned with it.
