  • I don't think I have ever been treated this poorly as a customer before. It may have just been an off night here (because the reviews seemed pretty good), but as a group that was in Pittsburg for one night only and this was our dinner spot -- disappointed is an understatement. From the beginning, the host took too long to seat us and we were at our table for quite awhile before a server came to help us. The entire time, we felt like she had something better to do. Unfriendly, curt, and rarely around. It took us far too long to get our drinks. We did enjoy our drinks and food for the most part. This was going to be a 3-Star review, until it came time to pay. It took our server 20 minutes to take our cards to pay. When she returned, she said "Our credit card machine isn't working soo you can go to the atm over there to get cash or.." When we told her we did not want to pay an ATM fee for something that is out of our control, she disappeared for several minutes again. We asked for a manager. The manager eventually came to us (about 10 minutes later) and was just as rude. She was speaking very frantically and unprofessionally. It felt like she was yelling at us and it made us feel like the whole situation was our fault. "Our internet sucks, I can't swipe these cards. I am very, very sorry. There is an ATM over there. You can get cash or you can just walk out." We told her we understood technology problems happen, but that our server was disappointing all night so this wasn't the only issue. She then THREW our credit cards, told us to leave, and left the table. We definitely wished we had picked a different location to have our only dinner in Pittsburg.
