  • I get totally confused and turned around in Lowe's or Home Depot, and if it's Christmas season I always seem to end up standing in front of the tree display trying desperately to remember what I was there for. But the staff here are really helpful, I've never had a problem getting someone to explain something to me and they're always patient with my follow-up questions. I feel like the store organization is not very intuitive, I never seem to find what I'm looking for in the place where I would put it, but as long as an employee can tell me where it is and what they have, I'm good.
