Customer service gets a ZERO. Told rookie counter guy, D, I dont want an alignment, twice. He agreed to let me know if needed+ cost BEFORE doing it. Also had a attitude on what Fletchers website 800 # quoted me ahead of time (4 new tires + oil chng). After waiting 2.5 hrs, I askd a reasonable question - "how much more time?" He froze and said they are doing the alignment. (what?)
Any business that ADDS services on their own, should do it for FREE! Complained to the district mgr who really doesn't get it. Seems to be no communication or respect for customer.
