| - Not thrilled. I was all ready to love it, but it didn't happen. We went for lunch. I found the dishes heavily sauced when I was looking for fresher and more delicate. I ordered the Bokkeumbap, which admittedly was in the rice section, but found it to be almost all, well, rice. It looked like it was 2000 calories alone, did not have much meat, but about 2 pounds of rice with lots of sauce. The Japchae was also very heavily sauced. Yes, these are Korean dishes, but they seemed more like Chinese, not packed with meat and sparing on the heavy sauce as are most Korean restaurants.
Ah wait, you say, its FUSION. Of course its not typical Korean! True that. But the issue is how good it is to eat.
there was nothing here that would bring me running back, unfortunately, because I was running to try it.
