If I could rate minus stars I would! I HATE their customer service, or lack there of!!!!!
I ordered a 4.2 ounce container of Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia, which only costed me round $13 with shipping, which I will not be doing that again, it is much cheaper at Sprouts! So I ordered it, put my address in with apt # and I was stoked when it was only 1 day of shipping! Basically I ordered it on Sunday and I received confirmation that it was delivered by "ontrac" on the very next day.... however, it was delivered to an address but not mine! It was signed for by a Robert E. that just doesn't happen to be working in my complex, nor is it a tenant... I checked. I even checked my neighboring complex and nope, they didn't get anything either... turns out that Monday was Columbus day and no mail, no packages!
So I contacted Ontrac and they claim they delivered it to my address, but will confirm it with their driver... (Like the driver will own delivering it to someplace other than on my address!)
So then I contacted Vitacost live chat to see if they could get any further with Ontrac and I got this: Tina M.: we have sent the package to the requested address, and the package was delivered. we are unable to replace or refund unless it is returned. In fact she kept repeating it over and over as a way to shut me up?
Customer Service is dead there! Nothing not even a "we will check with the Ontrac people, since they are unheard of and we can see what they know." But no! I am out my product and my $$. Why couldn't they send it USPS? WHY? I paid for the shipping, I should have had a choice how it was to be delivered!
