| - I really wanted to like this place, but I couldn't. The Dim Sum definitely leaves something to be desired. I'm native to the Bay Area, so it's difficult to compare, but this was just an average place and there are plenty of better places to eat in LV.
The food doesn't come out hot (at least the time we went there). They told us, the dim sum is cold because that's how white people like it. Example, friend shrimp wasn't hot when it came out.
The pieces are smaller than I am used to. That didn't matter because the dim sum didn't really taste that good. We ordered shrimp, pork, chicken feet, pig stomach, sticky rice (my wife said it was the worst she ever tasted). The pig stomach had good flavor and the best dish was the beef stew.
Also, the pricing isn't quite clear. We went to this place as a result of a newspaper ad and the prices looked pretty darn cheap $2.99. Note, not everything is that price and the tiers are a little different than I am used to. Some dishes that should be the A category aren't.
All in all, we were fed. I don't think anyone got sick in our party, but this place leaves something to be desired.
