  • Very poor experience here at Rodeo (Earnhardt) Kia. We arrived at the dealership and walked around browsing at cars for about 20 minutes and no one came out to assist us. One Employee came back with a sack of fast food from his car and ignored us too. Finally we walked into the showroom, several of them just sat in their chairs and said nothing. Finally Calvin came out after I asked if they were still open. After receiving a test drive from him, apparently the Internet Sales Manager, we were encouraged by him to fillout a credit app and they would workout a deal for us. Well it came out at 12.99% even though Calvin had estimated it at 7-9%, and we had even told him our FICO score. We came through the True Car portal that certified a $4100 discount from sticker price but alas the "deal" that the Sales Manager worked out for was only $1000 off sticker. We said no thank you to this deal and asked for our $25 gift card that they were advertising. Calvin said to me "prove it" that we had seen this ad and refused us. We just left in disbelief. The next day we went to another Kia Dealer in Surprise (Sands) and were taken care of properly. We left there with our proper discount (and more), an 8.8% loan, and a monthly payment that was $135.00 a month less than Rodeo's. I would not recomend this dealer at all.
