  • Working with Josh at the Hill Group - I got an offer for the full price of the asking price within 24 hours!!!! Before the house went on the market, Josh & his team helped make sure my house was set up just right. Also Josh suggested a higher price than I thought I would get and he was 100% right. The house offer was for the amount he suggested. More than the sale of the house, he was there every step of the way. From the photographs to the closing at the Title Company, Josh was there. AND Josh helped with all the usual back and forth between buyers and sellers. This can be stressful and Josh was just great throughout. I did a lot of research before I decided on a Realtor. Being an analytical type, I created a comparison of Realtors on experience, houses selling for asking price and time to sell. The Hill Group came out on top. It was a great decision and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!
