  • Visited week of Thanksgiving - late November 2011. Boy was I impressed. A relatively new facility, beautifully designed - modern aesthetics. Even the parking lot was artfully done with solar panels and sail cloth shading. Next door is a museum which I did not have time to do. Inside...artful representation of the original aquaphor spring - , history of Vegas and connection to history of Hoover Dam, etc. You must go there to get a true appreciation for the bigger picture of what Vegas is about - yesterday, today and tomorrow.
