  • I arrived 12/10/2017 with the intent of purchasing a laptop. Well needless to say upon playing around with a few laptops for the better part of a 1/4 hour I was approached by zero employees to see if I needed assistance. I'd understand if the sales floor was a ghost town, but there were about a half dozen employees no more than 15 to 20 feet from me and my son. Unreal. I can get better customer service shopping on Amazon. I won't be back.
