  • I am unable to rate the cleaning that this company provides because they no-showed on me two days in a row. I purchased through Buytopia (which has a terrible refund policy, btw) and I am definitely regretting it. Apparently, the first no show is due to me not answering a confirmation call the day prior to my scheduled cleaning. The housekeeper's daughter called and didn't think it was necessary to leave a voicemail explaining that she was calling to confirm. Since I didn't answer, I didn't confirm and no one showed up. Apparently it didn't matter that I had an email reminder from the company itself. I rescheduled for the following day. This time I called to confirm. The company called the housekeeper to confirm and then advised me that the housekeeper couldn't make it because it was raining. I asked for some compensation and was given a non-committal response: "I'll check with management." and no one bothered getting back to me. This company is highly irresponsible. I'd suggest dealing with someone else, especially if you have a busy schedule.
