  • Do not use this Airline, please make ZERO star rating 1. I paid for my sister's flight and booked mine with points...conveniently only my flight, booked with points was cancelled 2. I saved my points for YEARS try to redeem and then they cancelled!!!! 3. Customer service was TERRIBLE 4. Not only did I call to book my reservation but management actually said it's MY fault for not checking that my flight processed correctly 5. Icalled to make sure it was handled correctly and their employee never processed the ticket leaving me cancelled (they also refused to provide a transcript of the call I made to book my reservation) 6. Management actually hung up on me and said they couldn't do anything Please don't ever use this airline I will continue to tell my story, I had to pay for a flight at the airport with another airline landing later while rest of my group vacationed without me BOYCOTT AMERICAN AIRLINES!!!!
