  • They deserve no stars. I refinanced my car with them and it took way longer than the time I was told it was going to take. Instead of giving your members the runaround and lie to them by telling them one more they, you should be honest and tell them this process may take 2 to 3 weeks. Months later I was told I can skip a payment and put it at the end of my loan. I filled out all necessary paperwork and did everything I had to do. 2 or 3 days past and I never heard from them so I followed up. I was told an denial email was sent out. It turns out it was sent out to an email that belonged to the person that was previously in the account with me! I had made sure all of this persons info was out of the account and had made sure they had MY email when I did this skip payment thing. After this error I was told I can just get the due date changed. Once again I did as they requested, submitted my letter in writing and was told to wait 24 hours. Once again 2 or 3 days went by and nothing. I had to follow up with them again. Now I am told my account is past due and I need to pay before getting the due date changed. Mind you, I had been requesting help with my payment for over a week now. My account because due during this process and now because of Of their error I can no longer receive the help. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this credit union. I don't and will never recommend them. They need to get themselves together and they really need to to stop telling their members they CAN and QUALIFY for something when they really don't. It's a complete waist of time for members. My business will definitely be going elsewhere very soon. One Nevada Credit Union seems to have better customer service. I was convinced InTouch would treat me better but they have not done anything right so back to my old credit union I go!
