First off, this place is advertised as a hotel... But when we arrive it is actually just a nicer version of a motel. Service seems fine...the rooms have definitely been updated, but have the old carpet that stinks like old stale cigarette smoke in old Vegas hotel rooms. I woke up with sinus issues and a sore throat. When I asked at the front desk about the problem, they offered to spray something in there. We all know that wouldn't help air it out... It'll just mask the odor for a few minutes. When paying for a hotel, and the Hilton Hotel at that, I expect it to be a hotel, not a motel... And not to stink and make me feel ill. All of the other reviews make me wonder if I should just suggest everybody not reserve a room 452... is it just my room?
