A manager in the men's department, "Donna" (but maybe Donna Russo per an associate I spoke with) rudely denied me a return for a shirt I tried on once and found was too small, citing that it's not in "resellable condition."
In actually there was a small stain on the rear of the collar from a spray tan session I was in earlier that day. But, rather than asking me about where the stain came from, encouraging me to wash it, or recommending a specifc stain remover - guess that's out of the question - she simply scoffed at me and had a very "glad to disappoint you" attitude. All I wanted was to be happy with my purchase and I can't believe how rude this person was.

Update:
A quick rinse in cold water removed the stain. I'll be returning it to a different Macy's now. I don't think they'll give me a hard time.
