  • I posted a 5 star review prior to my 3rd eyelash extension session. I paid well, tipped and even put up with her singing in my ear while I sat and was quiet. I booked online requesting a full removal then another full set of eyelashes. Got there and Debbie states she called me to come in earlier than my appointment because she wanted me to remove the faux eyelashes before the actual appointment. - I advised I was at work. She then proceeded to take my old extensions off with a razor. Told me she didn't want to use the product that removes the lashes because she wouldn't be able to re-aply. Never gone anywhere else I obliged. The cost of the removal was $20 and the new set was $100. While in my session, her man of the week walked in and they were corresponding with the door open, my eyes taped up and they were talking back and forth... I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to be done. What I noticed - Debbie's first eye she works on, which is always your left eye, is always, more full, she spends more time and acts like she cares she CLAIMS she's meticulous, OCD, and cares SOOO much about her clients - False!!! Finished early because she had a date- again dude waiting in waiting room. Got up from table: They looked decent and I was tired after 2.0 hours. After 3 days, I noticed the lashes falling out faster than normal. What's normal? Again, this is only my 3rd time seeing her. Let's go back to what she charged... She deducted 20.00 since she used a razor for removal. I, being the BIG tipper that I am, gave her the 100.00 for full set, the 20.00 that was supposed to be for the removal AND an extra 10.00. - she Debbie promised me because she didn't do what I requested, she would give me 50% off my next visit. Around Christmas, I sent her a text explaing my concern about my lashes falling out faster than before. I asked when I could see her again and what would she charge- remembering she promised me 50% because she shaved my extensions off without using the product. Folks: this is her response: It's 100.00- I told her " I thought you said it would be 50% off because you didn't do the service I requested. Her response verbatim " so what, you're complaining"?!?! Again, this is via text. I said, NO, not complaining, I just thought we had an agreement. She then went on to claim I paid her less than I did. Which is bull sh@# My response was: look know hard feeling but there is so much competition out there, I will take my business somewhere else. She responded with an OK and a smiley face?!?! Side note: she has never reached out to me since to try to earn my business back nor has she apologized for being Unprofessional. I recommended her and rated her 5 stars and now she is a -1.
