  • I believe a business review is well suited after speaking to Shamus over the phone. Let me start off by saying how un-resourceful he was. I inquired to see if he had any mango trees and the conversation picked up from there. His answers to my questions were very limited and the conversation started to get awkward. It felt like I was forcing him to answer my questions. I was supposed to expect a follow up call from him and I never did, but it didn't surprise me. Side note to Shamus: you may need some business 101 etiquette lessons and possibly learn how to retain potential customers because you just lost one and many more.
