  • WoW!! So I've been to the Gentle Dental on University back in June, and was a great experience ( for being at the dentist). A couple of weeks ago I called to make an appointment for a deep cleaning. I asked for the office manager Mona, who is lovely to work with, and I was told she had been transferred. I asked where she was transferred to, and the lady was really rude by telling me not to worry about it, and to just come in to there office on University. I hung up, called another office, and was finally told that Mona had moved to a location in Gilbert. I was very happy she was still with the company. I called the office in Gilbert, and I was so happy Mona answered the phone. We talked for a bit, and told her of the rude run-a-round I had finding her. I was at my appointment Monday, my cleaning was fantastic! Mona is such a blast to work with. I met the other gals at this office, and they are just so polite and patient to work with. The atmosphere is very professional and clean. I've been to a lot of dentists in my old age, in all honesty, they pale in comparison to Mona and her staff at Gentle Dental.
