  • I don't know how after all this time they still cannot get their staff to be professional. At the drive-through speaker I said I needed a refill the guy asked what size drink I wanted I repeated that I needed a refill he said OK just come to the window. Get to the window his back is facing me I'm trying to hand him my cup and he continues to speak to an employee in an unprofessional loud voice explaining to her how to do something. She loudly yells out "you get on my fu**ing nerves" to him at the window is open and I'm sitting there still trying to give him my cup. They laugh and joke around he walks over to the window continue speaking to a different employee without even looking at me or grabbing my cup.... So I left I will go to the Dunkin' Donuts that is out of my way! Thank you for reminding me not to waste my time at your location
