  • I have such mixed feelings about this club. Back when it first opened years and years ago (this is when I start to feel old), it was the "it" club. It was fresh, fun, and my experiences were generally good. As the years passed by, my experiences started deteriorating and I noticed that the staff at the XS were becoming more and more unprofessional. Ladies, if you are on the free guest list, go to the promotions line. Once you enter encore (where the taxi drops you off), go to your left. There are no clear signs anywhere so it can be very confusing at first. During my last experiences here, I have been given a lot of unnecessary attitude by the staff at the promotions line. I have also witnessed a lot of this attitude towards other girls, for no apparent reason at all! Please do not yell at us from across the room. It puts everyone in a bad mood. Also, the women handling the guest list were literally in T-shirts. I know it's not a huge deal, but when other clubs are stepping up their game and having their staff dress to impress, maybe XS should try to at least put in more effort. Another thing to be peeved about: they don't let the guest list people have access to the inside of the club. Yes, seriously. I understand that you are trying to control the crowd, but you're only making the outside even more crowded. The three free drink tickets sound tempting, but if you have the option to...go to another club. I highly recommend Omnia.
