  • If I can do a big fat ZERO I would!! I came here to see Dr Augusto. It is very far from my home, by I really liked her the last time I saw her and she was the earliest provider I could get in with so I was excited. My appointment was at 3pm. It's 4:39 and I'm still waiting to be seen. Dr Augusto walked into my room over 20min ago, i was on the phone with my sister aka babysitter. As soon as the door knob turned, I started to hang up. Dr Augusto immediately said "should I come back"? And I said "no I'm hanging up". Despite me hanging up, she said she will be right back and left!!! I've been waiting over twenty minutes it's since then!!!! I am fuming right now. I have 4 kids at home, 3 be picked up from school and two to take to activities; my appointment and childcare was set up to allow delays etc, but this is ridiculous! I am so disappointed in the service of this office. Fingers crossed I am not here for another 2 hours! It's been one hour and 45min since my appointment time (which I was a few minutes early to). Still no Dr....oh wait, a Dr who walked in and decided to turn right back around.
