  • I am sitting in the waiting area almost crying because the service here is amazing. As a female I am always scared of taking a car in for anything mechanical. I have a shallow knowledge of what's going on and I'm used to my dad taking care of my vehicles. Now that we are hundreds of miles apart, I have to figure more things out for myself (the joys of growing up). I selected tires online that had an 8/10 rating and were only $49. I put in my order and was called shortly after. I was told they didn't have the tires I had selected, but they could give me better tires for the same price. I was very ok with that! My dad had temporarily put 2 different sets of tires on my car (I didn't know this) and the lugnuts were the wrong size for one of the pairs(which I could tell but wasn't sure what to do about). The guys figured this out and had to put different sized tires on the second pair, making sure to put the two smaller tires in the front (they were both on one side) the lugnuts didn't all go in equally so they decided it would be safer if I had all new, same sized rims, and for free. I'm overwhelmingly grateful!
