rev:text	I am new to area and saw all the great reviews for Ron's so I called for an estimate. I was happy and decided to set up an appointment despite lower estimates elsewhere because I needed it done quickly. I waited for 1.5 hours just for them to look at my car and call me to say why was wrong when I was told upon making my appointment everything would take 1.5-2 hours. I asked at that time for an estimated time frame of when it would be done. They estimated the work would take 2-2.5 hours so I went back to the shop at that time. I had to wait an additional hour past that for the work to be completed and ended up paying an arm and a leg. So "Chicago discount" person is BS since my car is decked in Chicago Cubs stuff and a 2 hour commitment turned into a 5 hour commitment. Had I known this, I would've arranged my day differently. Not a pleasant first time experience. I will not be returning. Prices are okay, but I don't appreciate that my time was not honored more.
