  • Horrible! Waitied for almost,2 hours to be told they didn't have me dispatched. Even though I called when i got the confirmation from my insurance company with their phone number. When I initially called to confirm, I was blown off and made to feel like I was bothering them. I understand they may be busy, however their customer service is lacking. It's not like i was in need or anything.
