If I could give no stars I would. I have been with Wells Fargo a very long time and this is by far the worst branch I've ever been to. You walk in and aren't greeted.. I needed help with adding someone to my account and everyone just took their sweet time talking amongst themselves in the back like I don't have places to be. Just not courteous of their customer's time. I had to ask TWICE for someone to call another Wells Fargo rep in Connecticut which is ridiculous. I'm a loyal customer and that is the LEAST they could have done. After the phone call they just sat in the back gossiping while I was waiting for someone to come out and tell me what the end result is and NO ONE DID!!! So I just walked out. They made me seem like I was bothering them and wasting their time asking for help on MY account. Listen this is what you chose to do for a living so if it's THAT aggravating then GET ANOTHER JOB!!! Worst customer service EVER. Will never be back to this location.
