My husband and I love the food and the atmosphere but sometimes I feel that the customer service could be a bit better. My husband called to make a reservation & was greeted by the rudest hostess (I'm assuming). She said her name was Brianna (spelling?). As my husband was trying to make the reservation she continuously cut him off and was extremely curt. There are so many amazing restaurants & we choose to come here but it's extremely off putting when this is how your experience starts. It starts the moment the reservation is mad. I just wished that the people employed to service customers understood that concept & that they can make or break a customers experience & without customers there is no business. As a former fine dining restaurant manager, I get that there may always be one but this isn't the first time. I am writing this review finally because I would want to know as management. People really can hear you smile over the phone. They can also hear the disdain.
