  • I had a little boo boo that damaged my lift gate and tail light. It was a frozen turkey incident (long story), but no other vehicles/people involved. Since it was such a small claim my insurance agent, Jayson Hoffer, suggested I not go through my insurance, but take care of it cash price so it doesn't increase my rates. Jayson recommend I contact Warren at Empire Collision for the repairs. Warren was able to get my vehicle in for service right away. Everyone there was very nice. The price was reasonable. They were pretty quick on the repairs, and the car looks like new again. I was very happy with the whole process. We've since had another vehicle repaired at Empire Collision, and all went well with those repairs too. BTW no frozen turkeys were involved with that one.
