  • The Fairmont Royal York is in a fantastic location in Downtown Toronto, which is why we booked it for a 2 night stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean, but clearly completely overpriced for what you actually get. To pay that much and still not having Wifi included for example always blows my mind. But the main let down was the bathroom, which was old, very old. Tiles broken, tabs loose, no water pressure etc. Also, you could hear people all night long, and to be honest there were a couple of very weird people in the lobby and the hallways all night long. For what we paid, we could have gotten us a much better hotel in the same area, I wouldn't stay here again.
