  • Service had really started slacking. I purchased items to come home and them not be in the bags. I called back about it and said I would be in the following day. I had already wasted all the time looking for it and had to drive back to deal with customer service. I went in the next day to find out someone had already returned it. I went to get a grocery cart and put the one I first chose back and the person doing carts the questioned what my problem was. I am not using the location anymore if not any Fry's. I have been going here more than 10 years and in the last 10 months it has been dreadful to set in the store.
