  • Alert!!!! Southern Hills Hospital is the worst hospital I have ever visited! The patient care is ridiculous and inconsiderate. We arrived today at 7:30am for a knee replacement and it is 3:10pm no beds patients are just suffering waiting in the cramped recovery room??? Where is the organization and who's running the show because as far as I can see it's a shit show around here! They have a volunteer who is 100 years old named Louis who has been rude the minute I checked in with him and is no help to loved ones waiting. This volunteer picks and choses who he wants to assist extremely bias and quite frankly racist! I would never say that if I didn't feel so offended by the disregard the volunteer gave me! Words of advice get some structure and hire friendly volunteers!!!!
