  • Are you kidding me? This place is ridiculous. My second time around and I have got to give the praise The Cowfish deserves. I mean, it is the best sushi I have ever had. It certainly is the best sushi in Charlotte. The OMG! Roll was the perfect blend of sweet while the R&R roll was the perfect blend of salty and spicy. They were both of the hook!! You may have to wait, but the wait is worth it. Man. So good.
