  • This is the saddest of all stories. Why? Because the piercer, as to what it is she does for living, is quite good. Fast, efficient, and pleasant. So how is this a sad story, Vic? Because there is nothing that would cause me to walk back in this shop, except to find out the counter guy up front was let go. In a nutshell: We went in on a Saturday mid afternoon for my wife to get a nose piercing. The shop was empty of customers but for a very nice dad and daughter combo who we found out were there for her ear piercing having gotten infected. The fellow behind the counter could have given a hot damn that we walked in. He finished what he was up to and began the most epic game of "Ignore the only other customers in your place of business" at our expense. He got on the phone, walked to to the back to talk to the piercer and her friend about how his leg hurt and generally doing his level best to not make eye contact or greet us. I was out of my skull, but my very patient and lovely wife cut him some slack. When he finally deigned to talk to us, his tone was one of fervent disdain. We were a problem to him. If someone wasn't about to shove a needle through a part of my wife's face, I would have lost my crap with this guy. After the fabulous convo, we were told that it would be "I don't know, 15 minutes or so" and were left to wait. It was at least a half hour before we were called in to the room and in 2 minutes, we were done. While waiting, we got to watch other customers come in and be "served" by him and nothing changed from one to the next. He is the worst. How he is employed here, especially after reading MANY other reviews that point him out directly for his lack of customer care, is beyond me. I guess it's possible that he owns the joint, but that makes it even worse. There are other piercing places that we will go to after this. I was going to give a single star but my wife made me amp it up due to the piercer. I don't agree with the 2 star but she is pretty smart and caring so there you go.
