I had called around and read different reviews on where to repair my iphone. iDoctor looked promising, especially since a different repair shop in Tempe that I had used previously was pretty expensive. I shot a quick email to the store to inquire about cost and repair time for a new battery on my 5. Not crazy about trading up to a 6 or 6+ due largely to the expense but can't be without my phone too long. Within minutes of sending my email I got a note back saying the price ($50) and that it would take about 5 minutes. The lowest cost battery replacement on Amazon is a little less but I figured with the time delay receiving the repair kit, hassle and possibility of me breaking my phone, this was a safer bargain. Took my phone in and not only did it really take only 5 minutes, the cost was exactly as quoted and the owner is super nice. All things considered, I'd give the experience a "6" if I could. There is a solid reason these reviews are all "5-star".
