  • At what other event can you get enough free samples to constitute a decent breakfast? The honey available from the different vendors is so sweet and rich, the sugar snap peas are divine, and if you haven't tried and gotten any of the cheeses from the cheese stands--what are you waiting for? The Farmer's Market is a great way to spend a Saturday morning, but there's two small prices you have to pay for it: if you want the best--you have to get up super early and you have to tolerate slow-walking, large crowds. These aren't necessarily the worst things ever, but if you're a person like me who likes to get in and get out, this may not be as enjoyable.
