  • I came here earlier this week for a prenatal massage. I am in my 18th weeks and I see Dr. Adashek downstairs who I love so I figured I would give this place a try. I am an early riser so when I called for an appointment they gave me 9am (no problem.) The problem is when I arrived for my first appointment here I walked thru the double-glass doors and was instantly YELLED at by the blonde lady up front. She insisted to me they were not open yet (it was 8:45- I got there 15 minutes early as most spas make you fill out paperwork for health reasons!) She told me the doors were not unlocked yet even though I was thinking, "Am I on crack because I literally just walked in?" So I went to walk out and then she asked if I was there for an appointment. I told her I was there for my 9am. So she finally relented and LET ME sit down to wait. Wow thank you so much (sarcastic.) I almost left and was going to save myself the $100 and had she been my therapist I was definitely walking out. Apparently my girlfriend who referred me also had a lady upfront be rude to her but it was a different one. Anyways, first impression of this place was horrible. I don't care how many things you stuff into your maternity shop or how much I love Dr. Adashek. Sara ended up being my massage therapist. I thought she was a hard worker and she was great. I had a complimentary paraffin that I had requested be used on my feet when I made the appointment. The receptionist literally asked me, "hands or feet?" I guess Sara didn't get the memo and she didn't ask me and just did my hands. No big deal. I don't think 60 minutes was long enough so if you are going to try this place out get 90 minutes. My girlfriend who referred me also had Sara and although she didn't give me her opinion I would recommend Sara to anyone who would go here. I for one am not going back because of that one person's rudeness. There are a million spas in Vegas and they all have prenatal massages. I don't know how this place got so many stars unless they have their friends writing reviews or they were that impressed by the snack bar on the way out of processed foods.
