  • So let's start with the check in. The woman was very nice but I wish they would do more for the people they put in horrible rooms. What I mean by this is our window shade doesn't work, the view is literally of an air vent. And they make it like they are doing us a favor for asking if we can do early check in. Now the room, If you would have told us we have a room ready but the view is of a wall and air vent and we haven't done any revocations on it so somethings may be broken. If we knew we were going to get this room that's smells like smoke, no old smoke then we would have waited till 3 and gone to get something to drink. This place is not very impressive and should be lucky to even be open.
