I felt like I was lied to!! I had internet only service for a year and decided to add phone services. Customer service consistently quoted a package deal only to have my bill reflect much higher fees. After several months of higher fees than quoted, I decided to cancel. Upon final cancellation, I was told verbally I had a credit and I would receive a refund check in the mail within 30 days. A month later the billing department tells me I owe because of disconnect fees which were supposedly told to me when I canceled. If you get any quotes or engage with their billing dept. in any way, do not call them. Do it through the CHAT SERVICE and print out your conversation with them.
