  • I called for an estimate to replace the opener at 12:30 pm. My appointment was 3 to 4 pm. I was told I would receive a call prior to arrival with a more precise ETA. An awesome technician named Eric called and said he could be here by 2:30pm if I was available early. He was not only prompt and courteous, but highly knowledgeable. He explained the options but was not pushy at all. The prices quoted were very competitive with other companies and to me seemed toward the lower side. I had it installed and am very happy with the efficiency and cleanliness of the install from start to end. Thank you Eric!
