Just an update that Ed did reach out 11/9/17 (though I missed his call and I received a voicemail), so I'm bumping it up one more star for his late effort. For those that call me a liar (assuming that is what you were trying to spell), I'm sorry you feel that people cannot share honest interactions with a business. I don't take low ratings lightly and I think my review fully explains why I gave that rating. Like I said in the review, Showready did a great job in their initial work. For whatever reason, they missed the ball on the follow up and my plants were watered as instructed (though the point of my review was the lack of followup, regardless if he wanted to honor the guarantee or not). Whether there was something personal going on during that time that Ed did not follow up with me, I don't know. Hopefully it doesn't happen again with future customers.
