  • Jason is the BEST. I came in after spending weeks trying to get my recording equipment to work without any luck, in hopes someone there might be able to help. I packed it all up, brought it all in, and was ready to even pay someone to figure it out for me. Jason immediately offered to help and brought me to his station in the lessons area. He was enthusiastic, welcoming and very kind. I could tell he was passionate about what he does and he even mentioned this was one of his favorite parts of his job. He spent a great deal of time with me and finally made magic happen!! When it finally worked I was so excited I just had to hug him. Haha. He said there was no charge, which I couldn't believe, and when I tried to tip him for his time he wouldn't take the tip either. I understand now the company policy but I wish I would have been able to at least tip him for his time and generous effort in helping me. He even showed me a few things I might need and I will definitely be back to pick them up. It's a further drive to this location than the one closer to me, but so worth it for the epic service. The entire team there was amazing, friendly and helpful. I noticed several times while I was there that customers walking in were greated by first name and it felt like a family environment. Love it!!! Thank you Jason and team! You guys are AWESOME.
