  • First they showed up 3 hours late. The movers barely spoke English which was okay until they started talking about me and my fiancĂ© in Spanish (they assumed I didn't speak Spanish). They were bad mouthing us and kept complaining about how many boxes we have. One of the movers kept talking on his phone to his friends and wouldn't move anything at all. While the other mover begged to have our second mattress that we planned on donating to a friend in need. When they came to our new house threw all of their water bottles in our front yard, I asked them to pick them up and they looked at me like they didn't know what I said then continued in Spanish about how they will leave more trash. The mover that was talking on his phone dragged our mattress over rocks in the front yard. I asked him to please pick it up since we sleep on that and he ignored me, so I (5 months pregnant) had to move my mattress so it wouldn't get more damaged than he already made it. The same mover was upset that we asked him to put our boxes up stairs and threw our kitchen boxes and broke all of our dishes. And left damage to our house when they moved our dresser. Lastly the other mover who begged us for our other mattress knocked off our thermostat when moving our bedframe and he just shoved it back on the wall saying it's working. It was never working and the ac doesn't blow air. We are now left to pay for an electrician to come out and fix our thermostat, which has cost us an extra $300.00. When we called the owner he said "oh I need to talk to my movers and see what they have to say." He is now avoiding our phone calls. I will never use this company ever again and I strongly urge anyone looking into using them not to as well.
