  • I am so happy with the wedding dress and alterations i received at this store. I will start there, but do have a good piece of advice for customers as well so please read my entire review. First of all, the owners are so kind and nice to work with. They have great suggestions and are very accommodating and really know what they are doing. They were nothing but kind and professional. I also think their store has the best dress selection. They really want their customers to be happy, and i am walking away with an absolutely gorgeous dress for my wedding day. Hands down, I highly recommend this store. I am a happy customer. Suggestion for customers: If you are curvy and/ or getting a custom fit and expect alterations, have the owners write down the specifics of what is included in alterations. For example, if a total is given to include all alterations up to an inch unless it involves detailed beading alterations, have them put in writing what 'all alterations' includes as part of your purchase receipt. If they recommend full length boning and list boning on your estimate/sale receipt, write the length of the agreed boning. If they quote you for an accessory for a future purchase, document the brand and price in a written estimate. This will ensure there are no misunderstandings and that you dont end up paying for something twice or more than you were expecting when you take out your wallet at the end. If my Mother and I had insisted this was done, I would have rated them 10 stars and had some extra money in my pocket. Overall, outstanding quality and service from this store.
