We stayed here for valentines day. My boyfriend planned the evening and booked a great room with a spa package.
It was my first time staying here but I loved it almost immediately because of the great location (Louis Vuitton lol ) and the amazingly huge bathroom :D
Everything started off great until we could hear every little bang the cleaning staff were making. The room was in an end corner tucked away... Strangely enough it was only 2 doors away from the cleaning staff room and things got pretty loud come 7-9am.
I also got the feeling some of customer service people unfortunately hated their jobs. One staff member in particular didn't seem to understand the package and spa package my boyfriend had bought. 15 minutes later he was still trying to make it out like it was us who couldn't follow...
Thank God for receipts and email verifications... It's a shame you have to go through all that for their disorganization and stupidity. That whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. To the point that I wanted to leave immediately.
Not the kind of impression I'd want to leave with my guests when there are better hotels in Toronto....
Park Hyatt can do so much better... Better customer service
