  • IF I COULD NEGATIVE STARS, CENTURY LINK DESERVES -5 stars. NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Just moved and tried setting up a transfer. But no these idiots after a complete week of trying to transfer service, they disconnect it!! Morons!! Finally get somebody to new house to hook up my services then 3 days later I have no service again. After 2 1/2 days of being on the phone with people in bum f@ck Thailand and the Philippines and Florida the tech never shows up. Worst f@cking customer service ever. Then somebody finally shows up 4 hours later and tells me it's a programming issue and that dept is closed. SURPRISE SURPRISE!! F@CK THIS COMPANY IM GOING BACK TO SHITTY COX CABLE.
