  • I have purchased over 5 sets of new tires within the past 5 years and up until today i have been quite satisfied. I brought in my 2014 vehicle for a "courtesy" tire rotation (having purchased replacement tires in April. I have never done for any tires purchased at Discount Tire in the past 10 years. Upon my arrival, I was not told how long I would have to wait for service and then watched 4 people come in after me for minor leaks, air top offs and tire problems all who were serviced before me. After two hours, I simply left and will now plan on getting my tires rotated somewhere else. I will also be sure to get all my future tires (2 sets planned before mid-2017) somewhere else as well. Very disappointing!!!!
