Okay, I admit it I am completly spoiled with Virgin America so I tried to keep an open mind about flying with United. Where is my personal tv? How am I supposed to order food and drinks from my seat? That stuff aside here it goes. I did feel a little cattle like boarding, however, it is nice that people line up in their designated "pens" as opposed to everyone cramming and cutting in line. I felt for all the people in line 4 though as they were told there would be no room for their carry on bags. The plane did feel a bit cramped but it was a short flight from Vegas to San Franciso so it was not too bad. What I did like is towards the end of the flight an attendant took the time to tell people with connecting flights the time of departure and gate number. There were a few people who would only have 15 minutes to catch their connecting flight so the flight attendant made sure to let us know those people needed to get off the plane first and quickly. Overall I would not choose to fly United if I had a choice but it was not the worst experience.
